Your personal information, including your name, email address, job title and mobile number, is being collected for the purposes of conducting the Graphite R&D Grant Opportunity (the Program) and related scientific research.
You are not required to provide any personal information that you do not wish to provide. If this occurs, it will not affect your ongoing relationship with CSIRO. However, your enterprise may not be eligible for this program if you do not provide any personal information that CSIRO reasonably requires for this purpose.
CSIRO may disclose your personal information to third parties including relevant Australian government entities (the Department of Industry, Science and Resources (DISR)). Any such disclosures will only be for the purpose of reporting your enterprise's involvement in this program. If successfully awarded a grant 'in this program, CSIRO will report to DISR and publish online at CSIRO.au your enterprise's successful grant award under this program. Results from the grant award will be de-identified and/or aggregated and published.
While CSIRO will make all attempts to ensure you cannot be reidentified from the information contained within the publications, this risk can never be completely removed. It is possible that you may be able to be reidentified within the publications due to your association with the enterprise that is awarded the grant.
