Eligibility The program is for registered businesses (ABN required) working in the areas of engineering, science or technology. You may have been through an accelerator or incubation program previously, but have hit some blockages on your path to growth.
Places in the program are limited and each application will be assessed on a competitive basis.
Video Requirement As part of the application process, we really want to understand the ‘story’ of your business: what drives your business, how you got to this point and what you think your gap is?
We’d love to see this via a 3 minute video.
It doesn’t need to be slick; a recording on your laptop or phone is absolutely fine. You can include the link to where it is stored online.
Expectations of participation The time commitment for participants in GAP BLITZ equates to a few hours a week over 12 weeks. But as with any program, the more time you put in, the more you get out of it.
In plain English, these are the most important terms for you to understand:

Intellectual Property: your IP stays with you.
Use of CSIRO logo: once accepted into the program, you can use CSIRO’s name to describe your participation in GAP BLITZ but it may not be used to suggest that we endorse your business. The use of the CSIRO’s logo is not permitted without express written permission.
Code of conduct: you need to comply with CSIRO’s Code of Conduct while participating in the program.
Photography: We may take photos or videos to use for promotion. We will ask your permission to use images of you during program registration.
