Circular Economy cohort RISES to the challenge!

Congratulations to our Circular Economy cohort for completing their journey with the India Australia RISE Accelerator.

Over the past nine months, 14 companies from India and Australia took part in two Immersion Weeks, engaged in nearly 50 hours of online and in-person learning, and logged over 700 hours of one-on-one mentorship. The curriculum covered topics including the circular economy landscape and capabilities in both countries, business model development, overseas market entry strategies, pitching, people and culture, legal aspects (IP, tax, immigration, contracts, entry vehicles), investment and finance, and marketing.

The program culminated in a special Spotlight event held in Brisbane last month, where the companies shared their cross-border wins and learnings from the experience. Watch Caliche and Hi-D deliver their insightful lightning talks at the event.

Key achievements from the cohort include:

  • 11 partnership agreements and MoUs signed
  • 11 pilots and projects launched.

We're excited to see the continued success of the cohort as they step into the next phase of their expansion journey as the RISE Accelerator’s inaugural alumni.

Take a deep dive into each company from our Circular Economy cohort and explore their achievements.
