• 2025 Young Tall Poppy Awards - closes 28 April 2025
  An annual award celebrating outstanding early career researchers across all fields of science. Open to Australian residents, this award recognises excellence in biomedical and behavioural sciences, engineering, mathematics, social sciences, technology, and interdisciplinary research. • Female Founders Co-Investment Fund – Queensland
  Funding is available to innovative female-founded businesses undertaking a new pre-seed or seed capital raise. The fund aims to support eligible businesses to leverage funding and secure new investment to build business capacity. Read more.
• Australian Technologies Competition (ATC) – closes 11 May 2025
  Get your application in or nominate a business who have the potential for global success. Successful entrants will have access to connect with investors, mentors and industry experts, to ultimately help scale and grow their business. Apply now.
• Regional Microgrids Program
  ARENA’s Regional Microgrids Program funds renewable energy microgrids to enhance resilience and reliability in regional Australia. Funding is available for advancing microgrid technology and deployment, and supporting cleaner, more affordable energy for First Nations communities. Read more.
• Applications for IPPIN's Incubator Program now open
  If you have an idea to transform the life cycle of plastic waste, apply for the IPPIN Incubator Program. This free, five-week structured sprint program supports customer discovery and market validation.

• Parliamentary Innovation Showcase – 23 June 2025, Canberra

In the first round of the Australia's Economic Accelerator (AEA) Ignite program, over $59 million has been awarded through 155 grants across 28 universities, with 40 per cent led by women researchers. A huge congratulations to the ON Program Alumni who made the list including:
