Narrator: The Eye On Water App is a Citizen Science app which is used to monitor water quality.

What you do is go to your local water, take a photo somewhere where you can’t see the bottom, match it to a colour palette, and then send it back to us.

That data is then used to validate satellite imagery collected by CSIRO scientists.
