Welcome to our Spring edition of MRO News. Spring is shaping up to be a busy period for everyone at the MRO, I hope you haven't had too much trouble with access across the Murchison from the recent rains. Despite the disruption it is lovely to see the rains have kept most of Country in bloom.
I've been on the road to Geraldton recently, both for the Wajarri Yamaji community meeting to discuss the new MRO Indigenous Land Use Agreement and last week to participate in the SKA careers booth at the Yamaji On Country meeting. It's been great to see so many familiar faces in person and meet some new ones.
In this edition we have details from the Pia Wadjarri Remote Community School students' September trip down to Perth. Not only did they visit us at CSIRO, but the students also spent time with the MWA and Pawsey teams in addition to all their fun activities at Curtin University. Read more in the MWA and Pawsey updates below.
Enjoy all the updates from across the MRO, until next issue,
Bec
