Welcome the Winter edition of The News!

It has been a bit frosty out with a couple of mornings requiring ice to be scraped off a few windshields – but seems to me the days have already started getting longer as we edge towards  wildflower season.  I have it on very good word that the weather was perfect for the Polocrosse, and there are a few hints of flowers starting to show early. The gagurla are certainly out! 

You’ll notice we’ve used the Wajarri word for Winter, Jandangga. We’ll be incorporating more Wajarri language throughout our newsletters.
