20-Dinidjanggama

Dinidjanggama means ‘heavy dew time’. It is the coldest time of the year and the ideal time to burn grass.   Dangutjbela and Milula, kangaroos and wallabies, rely on bushfires for regrowth and green grass. We call the bushfires Damijuma.
